Unfortunately, mould embedded in silicone grout cannot be effectively cleaned or removed. In such cases, the silicone grout will need to be replaced.

This depends on the service and your personal preference:
• Personal care or food services: Some families prefer to be present for the first service.
• Non-personal services: You don’t need to be present. We can arrange secure access to your property in advance to ensure a seamless experience.

The same applies to our cleaning services—we offer natural cleaning solutions with minimal or zero chemicals. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all products used are available upon request.
