Elevation Services provide personal care to an exceptional standard and ensure that those who we are providing care for feel valued and respected.
A person may not be able to do things for themselves that are required for their normal functioning due to illness, health issues, disable or age and this is where we can help. Our personal caregivers, also called a personal care attendants or assistants but PCA for short, will deliver a caring service to each and every client. All our carers hold a Certificate III or IV in one or more of the following areas:
- Individual Support
- Ageing Support
- Aged Care
- Home & Community Care
- Health Services Assistance
- Disability
Elevation Services offer personal services in a range of environments including:
- Aged care homes
- Disability and NDIS
- Through a Homecare or Commonwealth Supported package
- In the community and privately
The services will be tailored to the client’s needs to maintain hygiene, well-being, self- esteem, and dignity. These services can be:
- Mobility, in the home and outside the home.
- Personal hygiene, including oral care, skin care and hair care.
- Bathing, grooming and shaving to make the client feel their best.
- Dressing for the weather.
- Eating and drinking to ensure a balanced diet.
- Shopping for groceries and meal preparation.
- Fitting aids which may include hearing aids or continence aids
- Medication and making sure they are taken as directed.
- Welfare and safety checks for peace of mind.
