What hours are you available?

We are available from 8am till 6pm Monday – Friday. Outside of these hours we are happy to provide services, but additional charges may apply. Public holidays are at an additional charge.

Can you clean the mould from silicone grout?

No unfortunately as the mould in silicone grout can not be removed or cleaned away but will need to be replaced.

What areas of service do you cover?

We service all areas in Melbourne and surrounds. If you are in a regional area no problem! Please contact us to discuss the options of our service.

What if something is broken or damaged during a service?

If something does happen you can rest assured that we are fully insured to complete all services listed and quoted and you will be compensated accordingly.

What will my cleaner bring to the service?

They will bring all required equipment and supplies to complete the service. If there are elevated areas that need cleaning and can be discussed during the booking process to ensure satisfaction of the service and safety of the team.

Do I have to be there during a service?

That depends on the service being provided and your personal preferences. For services such as personal care and food services, some families prefer a member to be there for the first service. For most other non-personal services there is no requirement for a client to be present. Arrangements for entry into the property if required can be arranged in advance.

Is window cleaning interior and exterior?

Yes! We offer both interior and exterior window cleaning services.

Do you offer a ‘natural’ cleaning and or mould services?

Yes, we offer a completely natural, 99% effective mould solution and if there is any need to use chemicals during the service you will be informed prior to any being used. The same goes for cleaning services, we can quote a natural cleaning service for home, office and facilities that means minimal to zero chemicals in the clean. If any non-natural cleaning products will be used we will inform you prior to the natural service being provided. Material Safety Data sheets are also available upon request.

Can I provide special instructions for the service?

Yes, we are always happy to accommodate special requests! They should be made prior to the service to ensure we can meet the expectation.
